Job Description
The human resources organizational development unit, as the mastermind of the human resources department, is responsible for designing and developing the programs of the HR department. In addition, it is responsible for supervising the way of implementing HR projects based on planned criteria and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Participating in the implementation of programs developed by the HR OD department by other units.
- Monitoring and providing managerial reports on the implementation status and effectiveness of human resources projects.
- Cooperating with the organization's Performance and Excellence Management Unit in defining advancing joint projects.
- Surveying and setting the appropriate salary and compensation model for the organization.
- Developing an HR performance management system.
- Designing and developing a human resources competency model.
- Designing and developing employee career paths.
- Designing and developing an employee IDP plan.
- Planning, establishment, and implementation of employee suggestions and participation system.
- Planning, deployment, and implementation of knowledge management in the organization.
Requirements:
- Age range: 30 to 45 years old.
- At least 8 years of continuous experience in HR.
- At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management, Industrial Engineering, etc.
- Knowledge of the 34000 human resources standard.
- Familiarity with labor and social security laws.
- Ability to lead and coach work teams.
- Ability to prepare plant human resources plans.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Intermediate level), especially Word, Excel, Access, and Visio.
