Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Process Optimization:
- Optimize and scale HR workflows to enhance efficiency and employee experience by standardizing policies, automating processes, and aligning with global best practices.
HR Technology & HRIS Management:
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and enhancement of HR technology solutions to improve data accuracy, streamline operations, and drive digital HR transformation.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing while optimizing employee benefits programs to enhance offerings and maintain regulatory adherence.
HR Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local and international labor laws, conducting audits and mitigating risks in collaboration with legal teams.
Employee Data Management & Analytics:
- Maintain secure and up-to-date employee records while leveraging HR analytics to provide workforce insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage relationships with external HR service providers and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize cross-functional HR operations.
Continuous Improvement & Employee Experience:
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance HR service delivery while ensuring a seamless and engaging employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Process Management in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Experience in scaling HR operations in a growth-stage company or multinational environment is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Oracle HCM, Persona).
- Deep understanding of payroll systems, tax regulations, and labor law compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Lean HR, automation, and digital HR transformation.
- HR analytics, reporting tools, and dashboards to drive insights.
- Experience in managing external service providers and negotiating contracts.
