POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides leadership, planning, project coordination, and management to the HR services specialists and government relations in OPCs to execute HR services according to the requirements established for the cluster, aligned with the agreed KPIs and SLAs (quality, time, accuracy, and compliance) in alignment with the cluster HR head. Deliver local HR services within the defined SLAs (quality, time, accuracy, and compliance) acting as the customer-facing representative for the administrative activities, and leading HR Services within certain allocated locations.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Local HR Service Delivery:
- Provide timely information to HRBPs and Line Managers as appropriate.
- Partner with the respective COCs and HRBPs to ensure operational needs are addressed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Lead the team to and self to work together with internal stakeholders across the HR value chain ensuring a consistent and efficient execution of local activities.
- Provide a high-quality first-level customer experience.
- Identify improvement opportunities and liaise with stakeholders on how to implement them.
- Manage and lead the cluster HR Services team virtually and deliver local HR services within the defined SLAs (quality, time, accuracy, and compliance).
- Coach and monitor HR services activities within Iran.
- Deliver local administrative services within the defined SLAs in line with Standard Routines across HR processes.
E2E Service Delivery:
- HR services Lead is expected to also perform the role of HR Services OPC; in addition to leading other HRS members.
- Manage E2E Cluster HR processes (e.g. Induction, Exit Formalities, Payroll, Time Management, Benefits, Employee Queries, Audits, Reconciliations).
- Provide relevant information and manage local HR processes.
- Deliver specific process steps that require physical presence (e.g. paper filing, document stamping, legal requirements, etc).
- Deliver specific process steps related to non-fully connected employees (e.g. personal data update).
Coordinate Local Training:
- Schedule interviews, conduct interviews for certain positions in the OPC, and conduct short first-day induction to the newcomers.
- Coordinate the final Settlement for employees leaving in coordination with COS, line manager, employees, and required stakeholders.
- Implement policies and practices.
- Ensures policies, practices, and procedures are applied, understood, and followed with a customer-centric mindset Contribute to ensuring data accuracy and timeliness with the COS.
- Implement legal and regular requirements in the different cluster countries.
HRBP and Line Manager Support:
- Act as local support to HRBPs, line managers, and employees.
- Act as the bridge between the COS and the Country, ensuring that the processes run efficiently.
- Customers experience continuous improvement.
- Provide a high-quality first-level customer experience.
- Identify improvement opportunities and liaise with stakeholders on how to implement them.
- Attend defined operational reviews and play a role in the meeting.
What Will Make You Successful?
- A university degree level education or equivalent (in progress).
- 3 to 4+ years’ experience in human resources at Nestlé or within another FMCG.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong service orientation.
- Ability to work as part of a multicultural and virtual team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to handle cross-functional/hierarchical relationships.
- Ability to ensure consistency in execution in line with local compliance.
