Job Description

As a human resources trainee, your primary responsibilities are to support the human resources (HR) department and personnel. Your job duties include assisting with recruitment, coordinating with job applicants, and conducting interviews. You welcome new staff and introduce them to their work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support departmental representatives in HR questions.
  • Coordinate applicants, conduct job interviews, and prepare the following steps.
  • Introduce new staff into their work environment.
  • Support in the handling of the employees' payments.
  • Research about best practices and current salaries in the respective market.
  • Assist in the employee evaluation and processing of employees' issues.
  • Maintain a healthy communication system for the employees.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.
  • First practical experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening.
  • Motivation to constantly learn and develop your knowledge and skills.
  • Self-assured manner, also towards people in rather high positions.
