Job Description
- Monitoring the activities of HSE forces regarding safety, occupational health and environment issues.
- Controling safety approvals for machinery from inspection companies or competent centers.
- Disciplinary action in case of non-compliance with occupational health and safety issues with employees and contractors.
- Supervising the compilation of safety equipment purchase information.
- Measuring the performance indicators of the HSE management system periodically and reporting to the management.
- Providing occupational health and safety and environmental reports to the superior.
- Monitoring and measuring the performance of the HSE management system through monitoring checklists and measuring activities.
- Following up on HSE management system review approvals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering fields, or Occupational Health and Safety.
- At least 10 years of work experience in HSE.
- Work experience in the operation of Oil companies.
- Monitoring and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in regular inspections.
- Verbal communication skills.
- Adequate knowledge of international laws, standards and procedures.
- Crisis management ability.
- Ability to supervise and manage human resources.
- A medical certificate is considered an employment advantage.
