Design and execute business strategies in line with the organizational strategies to solve the challenges.
Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, address issues, and recommend data-driven solutions.
Deliver HR services efficiently based on policies and standards, taking ownership of providing solutions and guidance for general inquiries and policies.
Work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Proactive participation in designing and optimizing the required reward and bonus model in related teams to improve job satisfaction and retention.
Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continuous improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the company.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
3 years of proven experience working as an HRBP.
Knowledge of performance management practices.
Strong knowledge of various fields of HR.
Capability to handle cross-functional/hierarchical relationships.
