A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Assist with posting job openings internally and externally.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interests.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including organizing files, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives (Youth) related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- At least 1 to 2 years of junior level can be accepted.
- Confident communicator both verbally and in writing.
- Willingness to learn.
- Relevant corporate work experience is a plus.
- Excellent prioritization and multi-tasking skills, with a high sense of quality and professional management of administrative tasks.
This Internship will last for 3 months and will be full-time, Saturday to Wednesday (7:30 am until 4:30 pm); transportation is provided mainly around Qazvin and Karaj areas.
