Job Description
- Order processing A to Z.
- Order registration in NTSW.
- Currency purchasing in NTSW.Banking transactions (LC, Nimaii, etc.).
- Product coding and getting a guarantee certificate.
- Renewal of commercial card.
- Handling commercial correspondence.
- Contacting suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
- Coordinating with logistics companies to ensure proper shipment delivery.
- Contacting inspection companies to have the goods inspected.
- Preparing documents in order to clear goods from customs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines required.
- Fluent in English.
- Expertise in MS Office.
- Strong interaction with the financial sector.
- Experience in the IT field is an advantage.
- Fluency in Turkish is an advantage.
