Job Description
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Manage and explore current and new accounts in the prescribed area allotted by the manager.
- Study company targets about sales activities and strive for the continuous implementation of the same.
- Manage typical conversion rate, sales call, revenue, and other reports in a precise manner for accurate evaluation.
- Take charge of promotional and sales activities by brainstorming new product or service launches with appropriate team members.
- Leverage different promotional modes like traditional marketing, social media, email marketing, etc., to advertise the company's products.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge to convert leads into a final customer, thereby contributing to the company revenue.
- Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
- Tremendous enthusiasm to efficiently achieve sales goals under tight deadlines.
- Apt in dealing with clients and engagingly presenting product data for potential leads.
- Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging information, tactics, and excellent communication.
