Manage and troubleshoot desktops and notebooks, deployment, configuration.
Provide help desk services and on-call for local and remote users.
Coordinate the purchase of IT unit equipment.
Implement and monitor IP networks (WAN, LAN, wireless).
Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory domain services and Microsoft Exchange organizations.
Configure and manage vmware vsphere and hyper-v virtual machines.
Assist in deployment and configuration of home appliances, switches, servers, storage, telephone and updates.
Monitor and troubleshoot utm devices and vpn tunnels.
Backup data and configuration.
Manage commercial anti-virus solutions.
Monitor network usage and performance.
Security risk control and proactive defense against cyber threats.
Produce technical and statistical reports.
Travel to other offices and operational units of the company to troubleshoot and install systems.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT or other related fields.
At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and services (Windows 7/10/11/2008/2012/2016/2019), Exchange Server (2013/2016), security concepts and technologies, vpn protocols, anti-virus and backup solutions , servers, and storage solutions.
Working knowledge of routing and switching and familiarity with virtualization solutions.
Appropriate interpersonal and communication skills (both English and Farsi).
Self-motivated and very enthusiastic about new technologies and solutions.
Sufficient skills for problem solving and troubleshooting.
