Job Description

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Maintain network equipment and network racks
  • Serve as the first contact with customers who need technical assistance via the phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Hardware troubleshooting on laptops, workstations, printers, and assembling computers.
  • Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with network equipment, CCTV, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network printers.
  • Mastery of installing software and operating systems.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering (Hardware).
  • Great communication skills.
  • Patient.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
