Job Description

• Control, monitor, and maintain all IT systems.
• Troubleshoot problems related to the IT field.
• Monitor performance of all hardware (Servers, IT Devices, UPSs, etc.).
• Monitor performance of all software (Antivirus, Admin. Correspondence, etc.).
• Ensure seamless operation and maintenance of all network systems and IT services.
• Create a service platform compliant with ITIL.
• Backup management.
• Oversee the lifecycle of both hardware and software assets.
• Maintain and deploy security policy according to internal policies.
• Develop and control the IT department’s budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Deliver regular reports on IT metrics and project status.
• Formulate and implement IT policies in alignment with corporate ICT objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and select authorized service suppliers.
