Job Description

The IT Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of a company's network infrastructure , The role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure optimal network performance, security, and scalability. This position involves managing a team of network engineers , Service desk , coordinating with other departments, and ensuring seamless operation of network services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network infrastructure strategy and design.
• Network monitoring and performance management.
• Incident management and problem resolution.
• Vendor and stakeholder management.
• Automation and continuous improvement.
• Security and compliance documentation.
• Leadership and team management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and Device –Mikrotik & Cisco Switches (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, TCP/IP, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange Server 2016, File Sharing, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of EMC San storage maintenance.
• Experience with network management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, etc.).
• Proficiency in firewall management, VPNs, load balancers, and WAN optimization
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.).
• Strong understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware) and data center operation.
