Job Description

As a member of the IT team and as the first support line, knowing applications to troubleshoot and tackle the issues is the most important point

Support the ITM business analyst to deliver the strategic goals.
Ensure strategic alignment of activities/initiatives and proactively identify and drive.
opportunities for value creation through process enhancement, innovation, and better decision support capabilities.
Ensure successful delivery of tasks and small projects with high quality.
Support FF (Field Force) and manage the interests of the business for all IT-related issues.

Requirements

Diploma, Associate's/Bachelor’s degree in any field with IT background and experience.
1 to 2 years of related experience (FMCG background is a plus).
Active listener and talker to communicate properly via phone.
Knowledge and Experience in application development and support is an advantage.
Knowledge and Experience in SQL and database is an advantage.
Understanding project management and ITIL is an advantage.
English working knowledge (fluency is an advantage).
Understanding integrated business processes is a plus.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Eger to learn and engage in new changes, applications, and technologies.
