Job Description

As a member of the IT team and as the first support line, knowing applications to troubleshoot and tackle the issues is the most important point

  • Support the ITM business analyst to deliver the strategic goals.
  • Ensure strategic alignment of activities/initiatives and proactively identify and drive.
  • opportunities for value creation through process enhancement, innovation, and better decision support capabilities.
  • Ensure successful delivery of tasks and small projects with high quality.
  • Support FF (Field Force) and manage the interests of the business for all IT-related issues.

Requirements

  • Diploma, Associate's/Bachelor’s degree in any field with IT background and experience.
  • 1 to 2 years of related experience (FMCG background is a plus).
  • Active listener and talker to communicate properly via phone.
  • Knowledge and Experience in application development and support is an advantage.
  • Knowledge and Experience in SQL and database is an advantage.
  • Understanding project management and ITIL is an advantage.
  • English working knowledge (fluency is an advantage).
  • Understanding integrated business processes is a plus.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Eger to learn and engage in new changes, applications, and technologies.
