Key Responsibilities:

- Interview Process: Manage and conduct initial screening and interviews.
- Negotiation: Handle offer discussions and employment terms.
- Onboarding: Ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Take ownership of the entire recruitment process.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruiting for IT roles.
- Fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with international recruitment practices is a plus.
