Job Description
- Determine applicants’ qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing applicant qualifications to job requirements.
- Conduct different interview methods such as behavioral, group, and panel interviews.
- Consult and support hiring managers to recruit the best available talents for vacant positions.
- Conduct assessment centers and be aware of various psychological tests required for recruitment.
- Analyze the recruitment agencies' performance, cost per hire, and time to hire, and recommend changes and improvements.
- Prepare documentation for the hiring process.
- Prepare monthly and annual hiring and HR planning reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Managemen, or Psychology.
- At least 2 years of experience as a recruitment specialist (preferred to be familiar with the pharmaceutical industry).
- Knowledge of SSO and different recruitment methods and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal savvy and networking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
