Job Description
The key account management specialist is an absolute sales professional and ensures that sustainable corporate success is achieved by looking after key sellers. The KAM is the permanent contact for a company's most important sellers, builds up and expands business relationships, and establishes a high degree of trust with key sellers. Keeping these key sellers loyal to the company is essential to increasing sales. The KAM ensures that seller processes run smoothly for sustainable seller loyalty.
Role Description:
Relationship and Communication Improvement:
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key sellers.
- Manage communications between key sellers and internal teams.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Manage communications between key sellers and internal teams.
Exploring and Planning:
- Develop a complete understanding of key account needs
- Act as a seller advocate with a focus on improving the seller experience
- Strategic planning to improve sellers' results
- Negotiate business terms with each seller to reach the most effective condition for Digikala
- Follow up on every need of sellers to improve their results.
- Sales planning to improve sellers' sales.
Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyze data to learn more about seller behavior
- Manage account profitability by measuring and managing seller contribution
Communications and Working Relationships:
Internal Communications:
- Product sales team, platform team, operations and logistics team, finance team, and aftersales team.
External Communications:
- External business partners such as key accounts and important sellers.
Requirements:
Minimum Academic and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or any related field.
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification from a business/aviation school.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a position with interactive communication requirements.
