Summary:
The associate–legal (paralegal) provides core legal support to the legal department including research, documentation, drafting, and the administrative management and maintenance of legal documents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on various matters, including regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation.
- Provide legal advice and guidance on labor and employment law and intellectual property.
- Check all extensions for trade marks and submit new ones per the legal department head's request.
- Conduct legal research and keep abreast with all regulatory and local law-related updates/changes that might impact the legal terms and conditions for contracts and highlight them within the department.
- Study the constitution, statutes, decisions, regulations, and ordinances of government bodies to determine ramifications for legal issues related to the company.
Requirements:
- Law university graduate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
