Job Description
Providing legal services such as:
- Handle the meetings and solve the cases with governmental entities.
- Handle the judicial cases with contractors and mediate the cases if needed.
- Acquire the related licenses.
- Take care of the renewal and maintenance of the various licenses in each province in which the company operates.
- Regulate the guarantees of contractors and documents. Permanent delivery annexes.
- Define checklists for contracts.
- Cooperate with other related departments.
- Advise the company about contract policies and procedures, and assure compliance with country rules and regulations.
- Regular reporting of legal activities: Updates, drafts, and implements legal review updates to the policies and agreements, when needed.
- Complete the corporate filings and resolutions, and share registration ledgers.
- Handle the legal billings routing.
- Update the various legal databases.
- Supervise the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of international contracts and agreements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse range of corporate contracts, including vendor/supplier agreements, client/sales contracts, subcontractor’s agreements, non-disclosure agreements, lease agreements, and software licensing to support our commercial efforts.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- At least 8 years of experience practicing law, with a strong focus on legal consultation for companies.
- Fluency in English.
- Bar association license.
- Strong knowledge of Iranian corporate and commercial laws.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with great attention to detail.
- Strong commercial judgment with an understanding of business operations.
