Handle the meetings and solve the cases with governmental entities.
Handle the judicial cases with contractors and mediate the cases if needed.
Acquire the related licenses.
Take care of the renewal and maintenance of the various licenses in each province in which the company operates.
Regulate the guarantees of contractors and documents. Permanent delivery annexes.
Define checklists for contracts.
Cooperate with other related departments.
Advise the company about contract policies and procedures, and assure compliance with country rules and regulations.
Regular reporting of legal activities: Updates, drafts, and implements legal review updates to the policies and agreements, when needed.
Complete the corporate filings and resolutions, and share registration ledgers.
Handle the legal billings routing.
Update the various legal databases.
Supervise the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of international contracts and agreements.
Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse range of corporate contracts, including vendor/supplier agreements, client/sales contracts, subcontractor’s agreements, non-disclosure agreements, lease agreements, and software licensing to support our commercial efforts.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
At least 8 years of experience practicing law, with a strong focus on legal consultation for companies.
Fluency in English.
Bar association license.
Strong knowledge of Iranian corporate and commercial laws.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with great attention to detail.
Strong commercial judgment with an understanding of business operations.
