Job Description

  • Analyze root causes of equipment failures and propose corrective actions.
  • Support clients and troubleshoot their equipment problems and concerns.
  • Perform regular inspections to identify and correct equipment malfunctions, repairs, and replacements.
  • Monitor and track the repair status of inoperative equipment.
  • Prepare, submit, and maintain records of work orders and parts issued.
  • Perform tasks to support the technical services group as required.
  • Complete each repair job in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with calibration and disassembly.
  • Teamwork spirit. 
  • Rigor and organization.
  • Working under pressure.
  • Communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecom or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiar with GSM.
  • English level: Intermediate.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.).
