Job Description
- Analyze root causes of equipment failures and propose corrective actions.
- Support clients and troubleshoot their equipment problems and concerns.
- Perform regular inspections to identify and correct equipment malfunctions, repairs, and replacements.
- Monitor and track the repair status of inoperative equipment.
- Prepare, submit, and maintain records of work orders and parts issued.
- Perform tasks to support the technical services group as required.
- Complete each repair job in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with calibration and disassembly.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Rigor and organization.
- Working under pressure.
- Communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Telecom or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Familiar with GSM.
- English level: Intermediate.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.).
