Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced market research expert to join the B2B business line in Digikala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting advanced market research and providing actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
  • Develop and implement sophisticated qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and in-depth interviews.
  • Analyze complex data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Create detailed reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate research findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights into business strategies and decision-making processes.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer behavior and preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external research vendors, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics and certified in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in market research or a related field.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
