Enhance Driver Engagement:
- Increase driver engagement scores through targeted communication campaigns.
- Develop and execute quarterly surveys to assess driver satisfaction and areas for improvement.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
- Provide monthly reports on key metrics such as engagement rates, feedback scores, and campaign ROI.
Brand Consistency:
- Maintain a consistent and positive brand image across all driver touchpoints.
