Develop and Execute Communication Strategies:

  • Create comprehensive communication plans including driver communication content, in-app notifications, SMS campaigns, and social media engagement.
  • Ensure all communications are aligned with Snapp’s brand voice and guidelines.

Manage and Lead Teams:

  • Oversee the graphic design, content, and social media teams to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation across teams.

Enhance Driver Engagement:

  • Increase driver engagement scores through targeted communication campaigns.
  • Develop and execute quarterly surveys to assess driver satisfaction and areas for improvement.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
  • Provide monthly reports on key metrics such as engagement rates, feedback scores, and campaign ROI.

Brand Consistency:

  • Maintain a consistent and positive brand image across all driver touchpoints.
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines across various channels.

Driver Retention:

  • Develop and execute retention strategies to reduce driver churn.
  • Implement programs and initiatives based on driver feedback to improve their overall experience and satisfaction.
