About the role:
The Marketing Generalist is responsible for supporting and executing a wide range of marketing activities to help drive brand awareness and achieve business objectives. This role requires a versatile marketer with knowledge of general marketing practices, eCRM, campaign management, and marketing automation. Familiarity with query languages is a plus. The Marketing Generalist will collaborate with various teams to implement effective marketing strategies and ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social media channels.
- Support eCRM efforts to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Implement marketing automation processes to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign data to track performance, measure success, and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to align on marketing goals and messaging.
- Help create and distribute content and promotional materials in line with marketing objectives.
- Stay informed about marketing trends and best practices to apply them to ongoing projects.
- Contribute to database management and use query languages for targeted marketing efforts (a plus).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in general marketing, with knowledge of eCRM, campaign management, and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing and automation software.
- Basic understanding of query languages (a plus).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
