Job Description
We are searching for a strategic and creative marketing manager to develop and execute impactful marketing plans that drive brand awareness, project marketing management, and customer marketing management. You will play a key role in shaping the market perception of our brand and ensuring the successful execution of marketing goals within a competitive landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans, aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, healthcare professional marketing, etc.).
- Manage marketing budgets and track return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operation teams, and suppliers) to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key external partners (marketing agencies, healthcare professionals,).
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations in pharmaceutical marketing.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or in a pharmaceutical field (preferred).
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing management.
- Marketing project management knowledge and budget control.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory environment, and marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
