We are searching for a strategic and creative marketing manager to develop and execute impactful marketing plans that drive brand awareness, project marketing management, and customer marketing management. You will play a key role in shaping the market perception of our brand and ensuring the successful execution of marketing goals within a competitive landscape.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive marketing plans, aligned with overall business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and growth opportunities.
Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, healthcare professional marketing, etc.).
Manage marketing budgets and track return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operation teams, and suppliers) to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging.
Manage and maintain relationships with key external partners (marketing agencies, healthcare professionals,).
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations in pharmaceutical marketing.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or in a pharmaceutical field (preferred).
At least 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing management.
Marketing project management knowledge and budget control.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory environment, and marketing best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure marketing campaign effectiveness.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
