Pay regular visits to doctors and pharmacies to monitor product availability and movement in the territory.
Achieve agreed sales productivity and performance targets within the territory.
Achieve agreed contact coverage and frequency targets (quantity and quality) through face-to-face meetings and detailing the assigned doctors and pharmacists.
Increase disease awareness of Key Opinion Leaders in order to provide better treatment options for patients.
Observe and monitor competitor's activities.
Provide periodic reports to the supervisor.
Attend local and international congresses.
Prospect and qualify the new customers.
Follow codes of conduct and compliance guidelines.
Effective administration of territory business including maintenance of high-quality record systems, updating market segmentation, execution of territory management, and timely processing of territory business.
Execute any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Veterinary, or Chemistry.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Good communication skills.
Ability to travel.
Good command of computer skills (MS Office).
Capability to work in a team.
Related work experience in respiratory, diabetes, oncology, or cardiology line is an advantage.
