Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented medical representative to join our team. This role acts as a key link between the company and healthcare professionals, responsible for promoting our products, building strong relationships with the medical community, and supporting the achievement of sales objectives. The ideal candidate will combine scientific knowledge with excellent communication skills to effectively present our products and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and detail the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (HCPs), including physicians, pharmacists, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct regular visits to assigned healthcare centers to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date scientific information about the products, ensuring clear communication of benefits, indications, and usage.
- Gather market insights and report on competitor activities, customer feedback, and potential opportunities to the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support promotional campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Participate in organizing and attending medical congresses, seminars, and training programs.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with ethical standards and relevant pharmaceutical regulations.
- Address product-related inquiries and assist in resolving customer concerns in coordination with relevant departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a medical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences field. Candidates with non-related degrees must demonstrate a strong understanding of the medical and pharmaceutical domain.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a medical representative in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with therapeutic areas such as oncology is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Good understanding of sales principles and negotiation techniques.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor data.
- Proficiency in English and local language (both written and spoken).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
