We are looking for a highly organized and proactive office coordinator to ensure the smooth daily operations of our office. This role requires someone hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented who can handle administrative tasks, office facilities, and team support. The ideal candidate should be capable of multitasking, problem-solving, and maintaining an efficient and well-organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, internet, and overall workspace maintenance.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, scheduling, and document organization.
  • Provide support to the team and assist with operational and HR-related duties.
  • Ensure a positive and organized work environment by addressing office needs proactively.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining office policies.
  • Support internal communications and coordination between different functions.
  • Work closely with management to optimize office efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work independently.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, and Excel) and basic office management tools.
  • Knowledge of HR tasks and team coordination is a plus.
  • English proficiency is an advantage.
