Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to align with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
  • Analyze current workflows and processes, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Design and implement improvements to optimize operations and reduce costs.
  • Establish KPIs and track the performance of departments to ensure targets are met.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding operational progress.
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimal utilization of assets.
  • Address challenges within teams and provide solutions to improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (an MBA degree is preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a multi-departmental organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in operational tools and software (e.g., ERP systems, project management tools).
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated success in improving processes and achieving operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
