Job Description
We are hiring a Power BI developer to join our enterprise analytics team. As a Power BI developer, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to help drive business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and develop solutions to support those needs using Power BI.
Job Description:
- Gather business requirements and design data models to convert raw data into meaningful insights using PBI.
- Identify KPIs with clear objectives and monitor them consistently through dashboards and visually interactive reports created using Power BI.
- Develop qualitative and quantitative KPIs and metrics to track performance and provide actionable insights.
- Evaluate business processes, gather requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
- Perform requirements analysis and effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional teams and management.
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Keep current on the industry's best practices, latest processes, and IT advancements for automating and modernizing systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
- Hands-on extensive work experience on Power BI
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
