Job Description

  • Accept, verify, and register primary documents.
  • Support the approval process of primary documents.
  • Organize and sign primary documents.
  • Scan and attach signed primary documents to the vocational school.
  • Format an archive of primary documents and ensure the safety of the originals.

Requirements:

  • A higher professional (Economics) education and work experience in the specialty in the relevant profile for at least one year.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Practical skills in working in 1C, and ERP systems.
  • Stress resistance.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information in a time-limited environment.
  • Focus on achieving results.
