Job Description
Here at Agah, we are looking for a private equity specialist to perform statistical evaluations of information related to investment programs and financial data of private institutions, including business valuations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the financial or operational performance of companies facing financial difficulties to identify and recommend solutions.
- Develop feasibility studies and business plans for new projects.
- Collaborate with potential investors to attract new investments.
- Work on projects alongside other professionals
- Evaluate companies as investment opportunities for clients by assessing their facilities.
- Establish, develop, and maintain client relationships and provide them with advice, if necessary, regarding funding, scheduling, etc.
- Monitor key economic, industrial, and corporate developments by analyzing information.
Requirements:
- Knowledgeable about a wide range of industries and companies.
- 2+ years of experience in investing, capital markets, investment banking, or investor relations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
- Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task, managing multiple projects with different deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
