About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Procurement Senior Specialist to lead the end-to-end purchasing process for IT, tech, and publishing-related goods and services. If you're experienced with internal procurement systems like Rahkaran, skilled in negotiation, and thrive under pressure, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the full procurement cycle from sourcing to contract and cost settlement
- Manage purchasing processes for IT, tech, and publishing goods and services
- Operate and monitor procurement tasks within the Rahkaran System
- Negotiate with vendors to secure optimal terms and pricing
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Maintain records and prepare procurement reports
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end internal procurement processes
- Hands-on experience with Rahkaran System
- Expertise in purchasing IT and tech products/services
- Familiarity with publishing-related materials and services
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong reporting and presentation abilities
