Job Description
We are looking for an experienced product manager to manage our portfolio of polymer products. The product manager will be responsible for developing product strategy, roadmaps, and sourcing for our key polymer materials. This role requires a deep understanding of polymer chemistry, applications, markets, and supply chains.
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for a portfolio of polymer materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Define pricing and positioning strategies for products.
- Create detailed business cases and financial models for new products and portfolio changes.
- Lead cross-functional product development processes from conception to launch.
- Monitor product portfolio performance and recommend discontinuation of underperforming products.
- Develop relationships with key suppliers and negotiate supply agreements.
- Stay up-to-date on polymer industry developments, innovations, and regulations.
- Represent product needs and insights to the executive team and key stakeholders.
