Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product manager who is familiar with Data science and Machine learning concepts.
Experience:
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a product manager or similar role, preferably in a technology or digital marketing company.
- Strong understanding of web analytics, digital marketing, and data-driven decision-making processes.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
- Basic understanding of software development concepts and technologies.
Analytical Abilities:
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to drive product improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into user stories and product features.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus on product priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with development teams, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to understand the market landscape, identify competitive opportunities, and develop a product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Experience in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and executing plans to achieve product goals.
Continuous Learning:
- Willingness to stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web analytics and digital marketing.
- Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Certifications (Optional):
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) would be a plus.
