Product Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product manager who is familiar with Data science and Machine learning concepts.

Experience:

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a product manager or similar role, preferably in a technology or digital marketing company.
• Strong understanding of web analytics, digital marketing, and data-driven decision-making processes.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts and technologies.

Analytical Abilities:

• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to drive product improvements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into user stories and product features.

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus on product priorities.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with development teams, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders.

Strategic Thinking:

• Ability to understand the market landscape, identify competitive opportunities, and develop a product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Experience in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and executing plans to achieve product goals.

Continuous Learning:

• Willingness to stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web analytics and digital marketing.
• Education:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Certifications (Optional):
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) would be a plus.
