Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Define and develop product strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to design and develop new products.
• Manage product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond.
• Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and supply chain to ensure product success.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions.
• Prepare and present product reports to management and stakeholders.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Proven experience as a product manager in a similar industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with problem-solving skills.
