Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales specialist for our car and motorcycle category. This role requires a strong blend of category management, strategic account handling, and deep industry knowledge to drive sales performance and enhance relationships with key partners and suppliers. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and highly skilled in communication and negotiation, with a passion for the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Account & Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key sellers, partners, and suppliers in the automotive and motorcycle industry.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring a smooth and trusted seller experience.
  • Act as a seller advocate, identifying opportunities to improve sales and satisfaction.

Sales Strategy & Planning:

  • Analyze market trends and seller performance to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve seller performance and category growth.
  • Set and track sales targets, proposing initiatives to meet or exceed goals.

Supplier & Inventory Management:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with suppliers for car and motorcycle products.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Monitor stock levels and sales forecasts to ensure adequate product availability and reduce overstock.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Use sales and market data to evaluate seller behavior, product performance, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare regular reports on key account activities, category growth, and supplier performance.

Market Development & Networking:

  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to stay updated on trends and expand the professional network.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and partners for joint promotions and exclusive deals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in automotive sales
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Understanding English.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, active listening, and problem-solving capabilities.
