Job Description
The QA/QC manager will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality control and assurance in our paint manufacturing processes. This position requires a strong background in the paint industry, as well as a commitment to upholding rigorous quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of quality assurance and quality control in our paint production processes, from raw material inspection to finished product testing.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and supply chain, to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and maintain a robust quality management system, including documentation, training programs, and record-keeping processes.
- Lead and supervise a team of QA/QC technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct thorough root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate with external laboratories and certification bodies for testing and certification requirements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to quality control and assurance in the paint industry.
