The QA/QC manager will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality control and assurance in our paint manufacturing processes. This position requires a strong background in the paint industry, as well as a commitment to upholding rigorous quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Oversee and manage all aspects of quality assurance and quality control in our paint production processes, from raw material inspection to finished product testing.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and supply chain, to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Establish and maintain a robust quality management system, including documentation, training programs, and record-keeping processes.
Lead and supervise a team of QA/QC technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Conduct thorough root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
Coordinate with external laboratories and certification bodies for testing and certification requirements.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to quality control and assurance in the paint industry.
