Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
Monitor and maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Oversee testing and inspection of pharmaceutical products.
Analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Coordinate with production and quality assurance teams to resolve quality issues.
Train and manage the quality control team.
Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
Evaluate new testing methods and equipment for improving quality control processes.
Supervise physicochemical, and microbial laboratories and IPQC.
Cooperate in identifying the risks and opportunities of the organization's processes and trying to control them.
Develop, implement, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as necessary and verify employees' adequate training for their roles.
Cooperate with the engineering department in developing the product or service quality plan, including purchase information, control characteristics, product testing and inspection methods, packaging plan, etc.
Respond to internal and external inspectors.
Analyze reports and data related to the quality of products and services and make decisions to improve the situation.
Cooperate with the QA department in CAPA processes related to, in order to eliminate actual and potential non-conformities.
Prepare and announce the list of equipment needed to perform the tests,
Communicate and report to stakeholders regarding product or service quality issues.
Requirements:
A degree in Pharmacy.
Proven experience in quality control within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of industry regulations and quality standards.
