Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Proven background in RAN maintenance and troubleshooting, with expertise in 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.
Knowledge to help optimize network performance, enhance service quality, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Strong knowledge of Huawei RAN equipment and network operations.
Proficiency in RAN troubleshooting, network diagnostics, and monitoring tools.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and provide effective solutions.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to support on-call rotations and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
