Job Description
-Ensuring the stability and efficiency of RAN
-Monitoring network performance metrics,
-Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams to implement effective maintenance solutions.
-Responsible for conducting regular audits of network performance, documenting network configurations, and contributing to root cause analyses of outages.
-Knowledge for help to optimize network performance, enhance service quality, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
-Proven background in RAN maintenance and troubleshooting, with expertise in 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.
-Strong knowledge of Huawei RAN equipment and network operations.
-Proficiency in RAN troubleshooting, network diagnostics, and monitoring tools.
-Ability to perform root cause analysis and provide effective solutions.
-Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
-Ability to support on-call rotations and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
