Job Description
- Supervise the performance of supervisors selling branches and personnel under their authority.
- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of demand forecasting methods.
- Supervise the interaction of sales staff with customers.
- Plan the activities of the monitored units in accordance with the policies and policies set.
- Review and present executive suggestions on how to improve sales practices and the optimal use of resources.
- Solve customer problems in relation to sales and after-sales services.
- Prepare and present plans to improve the level of competitive ability and position of the company.
- Ensure timely and correct delivery of products to customers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- More than 5 years of experience in related positions.
- Experience in the FMCG field.
