POSITION SUMMARY:
To develop and lead the distributor's sales team, ensuring efficient and effective field executions, and implementing sales and distribution strategies in assigned territories.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Responsible for achieving sales and distribution targets per category for the assigned area/distributors
- Ensure the implementation of visibility plans as per the company's Merchandising guidelines within the assigned area through the efficient use of POP materials.
- Develop and manage long-term effective business relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop sales capabilities of the distributors' sales team and identify development areas respectively
- Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date annual business plan for distributors.
- Accountable for payment of distributors and overdue and DSO of customers according to the company's payment regulations within the assigned area.
- Responsible for providing quality inputs for the MBPC cycle and forecasting at the branch level
- Responsible for providing timely and quality information on marketing intelligence (e.g. competitions activities, and market dnamics)
- Review journey plans, customer master data, and customer classification twice a year, to ensure the operational effectiveness of the team.
- Responsible for adherence to annual/monthly TTS plan
- Order optimization/truck utilization at the distributor level
- Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk Substitutes and Nestlé Instructions and local country codes. Ensure as well compliance with Nestlé’s strictest requirements that Nestlé marketing and sales personnel will not seek contact with, or give advice to pregnant women, or mothers of infants and young children regarding Infant Formula in their business capacity.
What Will Make You Successful?
- At least 3 years of sales management experience.
- Highly developed in planning and organizing skills.
- Eager to achieve high targets.
- Excellent decision-making skills.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written communication.
