Job Description

  • Manage troubleshooting and repair processes of all types of telecommunications units.
  • Prepare PODs/DNs/required technical documentation, provide unit repair solutions, and report the causes of failure.
  • Install test platform/related tools and submission of repair reports.
  • Provide repair services based on MTNI NWG requirements.
  • Provide reliable links to supply and support hardware equipment/related software/electronic components.
  • Provide solutions to reduce the number of breakdowns of telecommunication units.
  • Attend and hold meetings related to the maintenance of network equipment with the approach of solving problems in the optimal mode.
  • Manage training and transfer experiences to new people with the approach of increasing the efficiency of Irancell Repair Center.
  • Develop cooperation in other parts of the Irancell Repair Center to reduce individual reliance on specialized affairs.
  • Manage Fixing the failure of various units of different sites of the Irancell network and the stability of their service.
  • Discontinue dependence on some overseas vendors.
  • Reduce network support and repair costs.
  • Accelerate network support and reduce waiting time to start servicing a defective unit.
  • Manage of ease of troubleshooting and repairing similar telecommunication units.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.
  • At least 6 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing kind of electronic and telecommunication units.
  • Experience working in a medium organization.
  • Experienced in related tools and techniques, related design software
  • Experience with responsive design.
  • Expert in electronic circuit design techniques.
  • Expert in working with kind of electronic measurement tools such as oscilloscopes, function generators, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
